Kangoo Power
Kangoo Power is an explosive, highly motivating program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body by building muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance simultaneously. Each movement is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout that will challenge even the fittest. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress. This program suits a broad range of class attendees regardless of fitness level, It is also great for athletes, due to its use of plyometric explosive techniques, using Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes to maximize effort, while preventing damaging impact to the joints. Shoes are provided for the classes.

Kangoo Boot Camp
Kangoo Boot Camp is a military style, activity based training program. Classes can be held inside or out and can accommodate all fitness levels.
Intervals of running and/or drill style aerobic activity interspersed with conditioning exercises make up the base of this workout. This format improves muscle strength and endurance as it improves cardio-respiratory fitness. It can be a valuable cross training tool that improves fitness level as it reduces the rate of injury and improves exercise adherence by reducing boredom.
Depending on the fitness level, terrain challenges and/or plyometric conditioning activities can be added as an additional challenge. Because this fitness program usually takes place outdoors, environmental changes such as weather and temperature vary with each session. These variations can be used to the advantage of the instructor to add variety to each and every class.
Unlike Kangoo Power and Kangoo Dance, Kangoo Boot Camp does not require the coordination skills for exercise to music and does not need any space at a gym as the classes mainly go outdoors. Shoes are provided for the classes.

Kangoo Dance
Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques for enhanced enjoyment while preventing injury due to bio-mechanical stress. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact, when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes. The rebound shoes generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that not only increases the Fun-Effect, but more importantly decreases joint stress. Forget other forms of aerobics, with high impact moves that can damage and jar your joints, all in the name of fitness. A dance fitness class with vibrant music that combines interval cardio training with exhilarating Latin rhythms. Learn the latest Latin steps, creating an exciting and fun aerobic workout. Zumba moves burns many calories and tone the entire body.

Salsa Dance 

An energetic, upbeat aerobics class, based on Salsa dance steps. This class is taught to pulsing Latin rhythms.

Step Aerobics 
An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. Power Step is a higher intensity variation of a traditional step class, using more complex choreography.

Cardio Kickboxing
Kickboxing moves are executed to the beat of upbeat, motivating music. This is a great lower body workout.

Turbo Kick

A very intense pre choreographed cardiovascular challenge complete with sports specific training, bouts of intense kick boxing intervals and easy to follow combinations. Kickboxing specific strength and endurance training, complete with a Tai Chi cool down.

African Dance
A dance fitness class with African music. Traditional African dance moves simplified for everyone to enjoy! Participants will learn movements, routines, choreography as well as getting a total body workout.

Belly Dance
This class incorporates authentic classic belly dance moves to belly dance music.

Hip Hop  
The hottest dance steps around, choreographed to the latest club and hip hop music available. This is a great cardio workout that is suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics
An aerobics class in the water. The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints and muscle soreness. Because water creates 12 times more resistance than air, aquatic training has great potential for muscle definition. A great option for injured, elderly, or overweight individuals.

Boot Camp
The ultimate in total body conditioning, a typical class combines short drills from sports including soccer, basketball, kickboxing, skiing, etc. and basic strength and toning exercises such as push ups, dips, squats and lunges. This class can be taught in or outdoors with or without equipment.

Body Sculpting 
A great lunchtime workout- without all the sweat! Hand-weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls are used to work major muscle groups in the arms, back, chest, legs, etc. and floor exercises tone problem areas such as hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.

Step Aerobics 

An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns  more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. 

Hi Low 
 An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get the body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.

Senior Fitness
A very low impact fitness class that caters to the older population. Classes may include seated options and will focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning. 


A centuries old practice that blends the philosophies of physical and mental conditioning through stretching and relaxation. Yoga increases flexibility, while building strength and stamina through various poses and postures. Yoga also helps improve posture, rejuvenate energy level, relieve stress, and reduce fatigue and/or chronic pain.

Mat Pilates
A great lunchtime class option. No sweating involved. Pilates classes are the no stress workout that focus on the core muscles- the abdomen, back, buttocks. They are great for core conditioning work and help participants achieve better posture, lean muscles and increased flexibility.

Indoor Cycling 
 Participants use stationary bikes for a high intensity, easily modified cardio class. Interval training wil be implemented.

Plus Sized Fitness  
A low impact, low intensity, judgment free, motivating class that caters to plus sized and/or overweight individuals. Music is upbeat and both cardio & toning moves will be incorporated. 

Youth Fitness
A great way to combat childhood obesity. We offer classes for kids ranging from 5-17.
